The activity was facilitated and moderated by academicians and activists that interacted with different groups of stakeholders attending the event. Selected speakers from academics, civil society and line ministries made presentations, followed by plenary and group discussions.
A critical companion from Tunisia attended to bring in a global perspective. The conference was graced by a Government representative and the Dean of department of Development studies Kyambogo University.
